Boltprinting website says fast turnaround but doesn't say "only if T Shirt are i ...more n stock". I needed T shirts for a party and placed my order on time. However I received a call last minute that said that the T shirt I picked wasn't in stock and wouldn't be available for a few days. When I asked what other color T shirts were available immediately I was told only white or black. So obviously the website that shows various colors and styles is misleading and isn't accurate. Again, if only certain inventory is available for fast turnaround then that should be indicated on the website otherwise as I said the website is misleading.

I expected a little better quality shirt. These are rough and wrinkle when dried even though I was there to remove them and they shrunk more than I expected when washed on cold .. Probably good for a gimme shirt but I use these to represent my shop and don't feel comfortable charging what I did for my previous shirts..

This is the second order that I have placed where fuzziness was a problem. Bolt offered to let me cancel the order because of the fuzziness, but I need the t-shirts right away. I ordered a dozen or so shirts for my office on a Friday. By Saturday the proof ...more s came to my email. I didn't notice that the artists had mentioned the quality of my picture wasn't great, and I went ahead and approved the design. When I got back to the office on Monday, I looked at the proof again and noticed their note. I called in and asked what I could do, worried because I had already approved the proof and feared the shirt was in production. They had me email a new image to them and I received the second proof within the hour. I approved it and 4-5 days later, I had the shirts in hand! Everything worked out perfectly and Bolt Printing was amazingly helpful. The shirts and the design on them look AMAZING. Bolt was great. The shirts are true to size, being that they are unisex/mens. I 5'8" and 135 lbs, so next time I would get a small for myself instead of a medium.

I ordered 50 shirts for a family reunion, and I was very happy with the way the ...more shirts turned out. The shirt quality was better than I expected for the low cost. The image was clear and looked just like what I uploaded. The shirts were well organized by size in the box they came in, and it was such a fast process and delivery! I would definitely use bolt printing again. The only issue I had was they didn’t have any children’s shirt sizes that went down to a size 18-24 months so I had to opt with a larger shirt for the babies. Other than that, it was an excellent experience.

This is the second time I have ordered white and the shirts are so thin you have to wear another under it just to cover up. I purposely ordered 100% cotton shirts because I know that the weight alone would be somewhat thicker and I can still clearly see the writing on the back of the shirt from the front of the shirt. Can you help out a customer? How do I tell between which fabrics are thicker and which are thinner? Otherwise, I absolutely will order again and suggest others to order!

Hi all! My close friend is a huge pain to try to surprise. His wife and I were t ...more rying to figure out how we could make his 30th birthday extra special and about a week out I thought that custom shirts could be a special touch! I mocked them up in photoshop on Monday night, approved the proof from the Bolt Printing art department on Tuesday night, and they were printed and shipped on Wednesday for me to receive Thursday. It was such a quick turnaround! I was really pleased with the customer service experience as both Sully and Katie were incredibly kind and helpful. We had the party on Friday night and were able to pull off a surprise with many friends he knew would show up, but it meant a lot to see shirts with his name on them that said "It's Lit" and get him excited for our bar crawl and hang. I'm just really glad the shirts came out looking so nice at an affordable rate and will likely use Bolt again when it's time to print something else! Thanks so much!

Just want to give a great review on the shirts and service. There was a little m ...more iss understanding with the company processing the order, I placed my order close to 4 weeks in advance from the date needed. They sent out confirmation emails that the order was procecced and would make the desired time. A few days later i got a email saying they couldnt get tbe order to me by that date unless i paid and additioal shipping cost of 21.95, so i agreed so that i could have them in time for my familu reunion. Once i received the confirmation for that i thought great we will have them in time. However a few weeks past and the date for them to arrive is here and no shirts . So i send them a email saying hey havent recieved the shirts yet and paid additional money to havr it expedited. A couple days latet i get a email back saying were sorry but your order hasnt been processed wgen do you need it by. At this point im upset and fustrated, so i tell them i need it in 2 days because the reunion is that close. Instead of apologizing and straightening this out they go on to say well tbe only way we can get this to you this soon is an additional fee of 65.00 dollars. I email back NO WAY!!! Ive placed my order on time paid and came back and paid an additional fee and you havent even processed the order and because you have screwed up you now want me to pay an additional 68 dollars to have it at a latet date than the origial agreed date all because you forgot and now your rushed. I said im not paying anything additional and i need my shirts in 2 days. Because i have already paid. So someone else from the company emailed said it was bing printed and will ship out same day and they would 2 day air express it.Thank GOD!!! And it arrived in just that 2days. The print and color was amazing it was just what we ordered. Shirts fit true to size. Quality was good. Customer serive finally came through and got the order done. So Thank You for turning my bad experience into a good one!
